If you need to reset your password for the MaryKayIntouch portal, the first step is to click here. This will take you to the login page, where you will see a link that says Forgot your password? Click on the link and enter the email address associated with your account.

You should receive an email from MaryKay with instructions on resetting your password. Follow these instructions, and you’ll be able to log in and access the In-Touch portal in no time!

Step 2: Click on I forgot my password.

Click on I forgot my password, and a new tab appears where you need to enter yours.

Step 3: Enter your email address

Now on this new tab, write down your account email id whose password you have forgotten. Ensure that the email is accurate and that this is the same email you used to register on Marykayintouch.

Step 4: Confirm Email Address

Once you enter the mail, you need to confirm the mail by reentering it to ensure that which email you have provided is correct. After entering the email id, marykayintouch will send a verification code to your email id.

Step 5: Receive Text Verification Code

Now Marykayintouch will send a verification code to your mail ID. You will receive that code if you have provided a valid mail id.

Step 6: Enter Verification Code within one hour

Now you need o to enter this verification code within one hour of receiving verification code. After entering the code, you will be taken to a new tab where you will see the bar “enter a new password.”

But remember that if you forget to enter the verification code within one hour, you must repeat the procedure. This is just for your account security.

Step7: Now enter the new password

Now enter the new password for your account and confirm it by reentering it, and you are all done.

Step 8: Now you are all done

You have reset your Marykayintouch upward now. Just log in to your account and continue your work.

Mary Kay In-Touch members can use the username and password they’ve created to sign in to their accounts and change their password if they forget it.
